This is not a dance class. No ballet technique, choreography, or dance instruction will be provided. ballet body by Lagree is designed to complement ballet training by conditioning the dancer’s body to better withstand the demands of ballet.

This program is intended for dancers who already possess a working knowledge of ballet technique and terminology and who are currently training or have trained seriously in ballet.

ballet body by Lagree is a specialized conditioning program created specifically for ballet dancers. This program uses the Lagree method to support the physical demands of ballet training by improving strength, stability, control, alignment, endurance, and injury prevention.
