What is Lagree?

Lagree is a dynamic, low impact, intense workout done on a Megaformer. Lagree is not pilates. For more information check out lagreefitness.com.

What if I do not have any experience with Lagree?

That’s ok! Our skilled instructors will guide you in your first experience.

What should I wear?

You will want to wear grip socks and breathable, form-fitting clothing. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

What should I bring to class?

Bring your grip socks, water (if you would like), and a great attitude. Get ready to be addicted to the shakes!

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class and no more than 15 minutes before the start of class. Late arrivals are not allowed for the safety of all class participants.
